Nike Court Air Zoom Vapor Pro 2 Pickleball Shoes

Summary

The NikeCourt Air Zoom Vapor Pro 2 is a stylish, performance-minded court shoe that works well for pickleball players who want Zoom Air cushioning and a light, quick feel. It is offered in men’s and women’s versions, with the women’s version available in pink, white and purple colours, and it pairs a breathable upper with an anti-slip rubber outsole.

Design and technology

Zoom Air is the key cushioning technology. It reduces impact and adds elasticity, which gives a light feeling during movement and keeps the foot responsive when you change direction. The outsole is made from high-quality rubber with a tread pattern intended to grip on many court types, so you can step with confidence at every turn. The upper combines mesh with synthetic leather. The mesh improves airflow and helps keep feet dry and comfortable through a whole match, and the synthetic leather adds structure and support where needed. The women’s version is listed at around 250 g with a sole around 2.5 cm thick, which makes it a light option that does not feel flimsy. Modern styling and vivid colours let players express themselves on court.

On court

The Vapor Pro 2 feels light and quick. The Zoom Air layer keeps you connected to the court, and the tread supports quick starts and stops. It is designed for hard-court tennis, so lateral support and grip are well tuned for the side-to-side play pickleball demands. The look is sleek and sporty.

Care and buying tips

Brush the mesh after play and wipe the synthetic panels. Dry naturally away from heat.

Fit, sizing and buying advice

The Vapor Pro 2 fits snugly through the midfoot, so choose your normal size, leave a thumb’s width at the toe and check that your heel stays planted. Wide-footed players should try it on first. Men’s and women’s versions are separate products, so choose the size range that matches. Brush the mesh after play, wipe the synthetic panels and let the shoes dry away from heat. If you drag your toes, check the front of the upper regularly and rotate pairs to extend its life.
