Facolos Move One Pickleball Shoes

Summary

The Facolos Move One is a pickleball-specific shoe built around the movements that define the game: constant side-to-side steps, quick and decisive changes of direction, and steady balance through long rallies. It aims for stability, consistency and durability rather than flashy promises, and its modern, low-key design lets it work on court and in everyday life.

Design and technology

The upper is made from a two-layer woven mesh that breathes well and dissipates heat, combined with a 3D structure and TPU overlays that hug the foot, add stability and resist impact. The toe box has a two-layer shaped design that reinforces the front of the shoe and protects the toes from hard knocks. Underfoot, a Phylon midsole cushions impact and helps protect the knees, while an RB rubber outsole improves grip and supports quick changes of direction. A dual anti-twist system stabilizes the foot and protects the ankle when you move fast.

On court

The Move One does not promise to improve your game overnight. What it offers is consistency: a stable feel from one session to the next, less slipping when you change direction, and a sensible distribution of force that helps reduce leg fatigue. That makes it comfortable for players who play several sessions a week and want a shoe that keeps its behaviour over time. The versatile look means it also works for casual wear.

Strengths

• Built for lateral movement. Stability when moving sideways and changing direction.
• Consistent court feel. Steady behaviour across sessions.
• Reduced fatigue. Phylon cushioning and balanced force distribution.
• Protected toe. Two-layer toe box handles knocks.
• Dual anti-twist system. Helps protect the ankle on quick moves.

Weaknesses

• Newer brand. Fewer long-term reviews than established names.
• Moderate cushioning. Not as plush as premium cushioned shoes.
• Limited sizing information. Check the size chart carefully.
• Understated design. Less eye-catching than some competitors.

Who it is for

Regular players who want a durable, stable shoe, club players who play several times a week, and players who like a versatile shoe that works on and off the court. It also suits players who prefer a no-nonsense, reliable build.

Care and buying tips

Wipe the woven mesh with a damp cloth and let the shoes dry naturally. Check the RB rubber outsole for even wear and rotate pairs if you play daily.

Fit, sizing and buying advice

The Move One is an accessible shoe aimed at players who want a comfortable, easy-to-wear base for regular sessions. Choose your normal sports-shoe size, check for a thumb’s width of space at the toe and make sure the heel feels secure when you step sideways. Because the brand is newer to many players, it is worth treating the first few sessions as a trial: look at how the upper settles, how the outsole grips on your usual court and whether the cushioning stays comfortable by the end of a long session. Clean it with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally.
