At the heart of the paddle is ReactCore. A floating PureFoam centre, a new PureFoam ring and an EVA Power Ring form a dynamic core with adaptive flexibility. The idea is that light contact gets a softer, more controlled response, while a hard swing is rewarded with more pop. For doubles players who switch from dinking to speeding up within a single rally, this is very useful.
On the surface sits InfiniGrit, built for tournament-legal spin that lasts up to three times longer than raw carbon and designed to comply with strict USAP regulations. Beneath it is a Multistrata T700 carbon fibre system, a patent-pending layering that Selkirk can tune for balanced performance and consistent energy return. Spin potential is quoted at up to about 2,000 RPM.
The OMNI is available in elongated and widebody shapes. The elongated gives extra reach, while the widebody gives a bigger, more forgiving hitting area.
